Die Geschichte unserer Oliven\u00f6lm\u00fchle ist eine der Erneuerung. Die M\u00fchle befindet sich in der kleinen Siedlung Baredine in Istrien und war bis 1943 eine funktionierende M\u00fchle, danach stand sie ein halbes Jahrhundert still. Dann, nach f\u00fcnfzig Jahren, kam uns der Gedanke, dass wir den Traditionsbetrieb unserer Familie in unserer Gegend wiederbeleben k\u00f6nnten, wenn auch auf ganz moderne Art und Weise.\u2028So hat unsere Familie aus Liebe zu den Oliven und dem Oliven\u00f6l professionell und verantwortungsvoll den Grundstein f\u00fcr einen neuen, modernen istrischen Olivenanbau- und M\u00fchlenbetrieb gelegt.\u2028In der alten M\u00fchle wurde der gro\u00dfe Mahlstein von einem Pferd gedreht. Langj\u00e4hrige Traditionen in der Oliven\u00f6lproduktion waren die Norm, als wir anfingen.<\/p>\n

Die Agro-Millo Olivenm\u00fchle setzte neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be und revolutionierte die Produktion, indem sie neue Technologien f\u00fcr die Olivenverarbeitung, neue Prinzipien f\u00fcr die Ernte, das Mahlen am selben Tag und die Lagerung in speziellen Edelstahlf\u00e4ssern einf\u00fchrte, bis unser hochwertiges natives Oliven\u00f6l extra abgef\u00fcllt wird. Im Laufe der Jahre haben wir die Kapazit\u00e4t der M\u00fchle erh\u00f6ht und unsere Olivenhaine stark erweitert. Die M\u00fchle ist f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Bio-Oliven\u00f6l zertifiziert.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Anfangs standen die lokalen Olivenbauern den Innovationen skeptisch gegen\u00fcber, aber bald brachten sie alle ihre Oliven zur Verarbeitung zu uns. Dies trotz gro\u00dfer Entfernungen, trotz der schmalen, steilen Stra\u00dfe, die bis auf 220 Meter \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel ansteigt, trotz des damals daraus resultierenden langen Staus. Die Olivenbauern warteten geduldig stundenlang, bis sie mit dem Mahlen an der Reihe waren. Viele von ihnen wurden bei Wettbewerben in New York, Tokio, Paris und Rom mit Goldmedaillen belohnt, und einige haben jetzt ihre eigenen modernen, pr\u00e4chtigen \u00d6lm\u00fchlen. Bis heute sprechen sie mit Dankbarkeit und Respekt \u00fcber Valter Smilovi\u0107, die treibende Kraft des Familienprojekts, weil sie so viel von ihm gelernt haben.<\/p>\n

Die Agro-Millo-M\u00fchle war die erste, die ohne Zugabe von Wasser kaltgepresst wurde. Diese Technologie stellte sicher, dass das Oliven\u00f6l von hoher Qualit\u00e4t und reich an N\u00e4hrstoffen ist. Unser Ziel war es schon immer, natives Oliven\u00f6l extra von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t herzustellen. Dank dieser Produktions- und Verarbeitungsprinzipien, die damals als gewagt galten, ist Istrien zur f\u00fchrenden Region f\u00fcr wirklich hochwertige native Oliven\u00f6le geworden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
